All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries outside the UK mainland (The Channel Islands and all off-shore UK Islands) are all subject to additional delivery charges - these charges will be specified at the checkout. Any shipments outside the UK will need to be arranged individually. In order to do so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to dispatch your order within one business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders received after 12:00pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery (standard vs 24h), and the items ordered (size and weight). Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Usually, when you choose an express delivery the item will be delivered within 24-48 hours. When you choose a standard delivery then depending on the carrier (courier or Royal Mail) it may take up to 2-4 working days.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

When we dispatch your order we will immediately notify you by e-mail. If it is not possible to dispatch your order within the delivery time described in the point four, we will inform you by email or telephone.
