  1. ToolMach Limited is an independent distributor of hand, garden, automotive tools, power tools accessories and personal protective equipment. We are the sole distributor of the following European brands: Abraboro, Airpress, Dedra, Hecht, Neo, Topex, Yato and many more.
  2. If the stock information says: in stock, then we definitely have it in our warehouse. If the same information says: not in stock, then please contact us and we will get it as soon as possible, and dispatch could be completed within a couple of days.
  3. Every order is dispatched with a VAT invoice inside the box. If your goods are sent from our supplier or a third party company, then we will email you a PDF copy of the document.
  4. All the products we offer in our shop are brand new, in original packaging covered by full manufacturer’s warranty. Some of the manufacturers offer an extended version of the warranty. For more details please visit the manufacturer’s website and refer to a particular good. Please also be aware, that you need to have a copy of an invoice in order to make a warranty claim.
  5. Yes, the delivery address does not have to be the same as the credit card used for payment or supplied when setting up an account. However, we may contact the buyer (in some cases we may ask for proof of address) in order to ensure ‘the new’ address is genuine.

  7. Yes, when you purchase goods at the checkout please choose collection as a delivery option. You can collect your items from Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm at Unit 4, Alexander Stephen House, 91 Holmfauld Rd, Glasgow, G51 4RY.
  8. If you receive a package that looks damaged please you can: refuse the delivery/sign for it as damaged / sign as unexamined. If none of these steps are taken then we will not be able to make a claim with the carrier, which can make a significant delay in a matter of a refund. For more details please see our return policy.
